ICT partner · Uganda & across Africa
Technology your organisation can actually rely on.
We design, build and look after the software, websites, cloud and security that keep African organisations running — from a two-person startup in Kampala to a district office serving thousands. Clear scope, honest advice, systems that hold up.
What we do
Eleven services, joined up — not eleven vendors to chase.
Most organisations don't need a dozen suppliers who each blame the other when something breaks. We cover the full stack, so the website, the app, the hosting and the security are the responsibility of one team that already knows your setup.
Software Development
Custom business systems built to fit how your organisation actually works — not the other way round.

Fast, accessible, search-friendly websites that load on a Ugandan mobile connection and represent you well.
Learn moreMobile Apps
Android-first apps designed for real field conditions: low bandwidth, offline use, and mobile money.
Learn moreCloud Solutions
Right-sized cloud and hybrid setups — so you pay for what you use and can grow without re-platforming.
Learn moreCybersecurity
Practical protection for organisations that hold donor, citizen, or customer data and cannot afford a breach.
Learn moreAI Solutions
Targeted automation and data tools that solve a named problem, measured against a real baseline.
Learn moreSystems Integration
Getting your existing tools — accounting, payments, HR, government portals — to talk to each other cleanly.
Learn moreIT Consulting
Independent technical advice and roadmaps, so procurement and budget decisions are made with clear eyes.
Learn moreHosting
Managed web and email hosting with SSL, backups, and a person who answers when something breaks.
Learn moreManaged Services
We keep your systems patched, monitored, backed up, and supported so your team can do their real jobs.
Learn moreDigital Transformation
Moving from paper and spreadsheets to systems your staff will actually adopt — planned in sensible phases.
Learn moreWhy PUCHU
Competence you can question, not jargon you have to trust.
We work with people who are accountable for public money, donor grants, school fees and customer trust. That shapes how we operate: fixed, written scope; plain explanations; and code and infrastructure you're free to take elsewhere.
- You own everything. Source code, domains, cloud accounts and data are registered in your name — not held hostage in ours.
- Built for real connectivity. We design for 3G upcountry and load-shedding, not just office fibre, so your staff and customers aren't left stranded.
- Security is not an add-on. Every build ships with sensible defaults — backups, HTTPS, access control — because a breach costs far more than getting it right.
- We stay after go-live. The relationship most vendors end at launch is where ours becomes useful: patching, monitoring, and answering the phone.
Listen & scope
We map what you actually do, agree the problem worth solving first, and write it down before quoting.
Build in the open
Short delivery cycles with something you can click and test at the end of each, so there are no surprises at the end.
Launch & train
We hand over documentation, train your staff, and make sure the people using it day-to-day are confident.
Support & improve
Ongoing maintenance, security updates and small improvements under a support agreement that fits your budget.
Featured work
Turning weeks of NGO field reports into a live dashboard.
A health and livelihoods NGO working across three districts was losing days each month stitching together paper forms and WhatsApp updates from field officers. We built an offline-capable reporting platform that syncs when a connection appears, validates data at the point of entry, and gives programme managers a live view for donor reporting.
- Field submissions that work with no signal and sync automatically later
- Reporting time cut from around ten days a month to under one
- Donor-ready exports generated in minutes, not rebuilt by hand
In their words
What working with us feels like
Illustrative examples of the feedback we aim for, shown with realistic sector context. These are placeholder quotes for launch — they are not attributed to real, named clients and will be replaced with verified testimonials as we publish them.
They asked what our accountants and field officers actually did before writing a line of code. The system fits the way we work, instead of forcing us to change everything at once.
When our site went down the night before enrolment, someone answered and fixed it within the hour. That is the difference between a supplier and a partner.
No buzzwords, no lock-in. They set up our cloud in our own account and showed my team how to run it. We understand our own systems now.
Who we build for
Different worlds, one need: technology that just works
